Shipping Policy:  FREE UK Mainland Shipping on All Orders Over £29.95,  

Orders under £29.95,  Flat rate of Just £3.20.

All orders sent First Class at no extra cost.

We use several different carriers for  orders. The size and/or weight of your package will define which carrier we use as detailed below:

1st Class Royal Mail:

1st class postage with signature required on delivery is used for smaller packages  Orders are usually despatched next working day.

Parcel Force, City Link, DHL:

Used for all orders consisting of large or bulky packages. Signature required on delivery.  Orders are usually despatched next working day.


Shipping costs - UK


All UK orders over £29.95 are delivered FREE.
For orders under £29.95 we charge a very reasonable flat rate of just £3.20
All orders sent first class at no extra cost.
 
For all UK orders the final postage charge will show on your order when you reach the checkout screen.
If your address for delivery is located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended.

My item has not arrived
If your item(s) does not arrive in the time span suggested via Royal Mail/Parcel Force or our Couriers then we will be able to investigate the problem for you. The first step is for you to give us a call or email and we will start the ball rolling.

Parcel Force's procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 24 hours before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 24 hour time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via Parcel Force we will refund you for the lost item. If Parcel Force have a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while Parcel Force carry out a full investigation.

City Link's procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 24 hours before registering an item as lost. Delivery to another address
We can only deliver orders to a different address other than the address the card is registered to if it is a work address*, therefore you must supply us with a company name. Please add the full company details into the Address & City/Town fields (you can type more into the text box than is shown). Please Note: We can only send orders from overseas to the billing address.

 

Out Of Stock Items

Situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable.

Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available that season we endeavour to remove from our website as quickly as possible.

You will be contacted by email or telephone concerning any item(s) we are unable to supply. Out of stock items marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service. In any case, we aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 7 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted to make arrangements for any necessary refund to be issued.
